its been like this since the beginning here but its gotten worse

i was in a coma for a week in 2023. i was alive and well in the paralel universe, woke up the next day and went for a walk. come to think of it, i think i was hit by 5g death ray twice in the psychedelic seeming dreams. they used telekinesis in the new hospital. they had masks with no connection to the gas containers. it was a trip. i even saw elves. like 10cm tall, strong as an adult man, sorta jock teen male voice, and a big strong blue glow. they helped out the staff. as for the 5g stuff, in the dream i visited a chicks home. then when i was gonna leave i was literally frozen in place for hours. ambulance eventually came, took me out, then i got another blast, and they had to wait for another ambulance. the "dream" literally went on a whole day in realtime. i remember it more clearly now.
